    Hi,

I want complete rid of Sky so am looking to replace my 2 x Sky+ boxes and my Sky HD box. I can replace the HD box with a straight swop with a Humax Foxsat HDR.

My problem lies with replacing the Sky+ boxes. I want to keep the recording functionality but as they are only going to be connected to 32" lcds I dont need HD boxes. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Branners

I've been watching this Azbox thread with interest. Might be of interest to you also?

Go for the foxsat PVR. They will work as SD fine. The Azbox is hobby system, not consumer grade.
    Unless you enjoy tinkering.

I will defintitely go for one Foxsat but I dont fancy shelling out a total of nearly €1000 for 3 of them. I was hopping to get the Sky+ replacements for around the €150-€180.

I will have a look at the Azbox but as its for the kids room and bedroom I would need something reliable and easy to use!
