    Anyone recommend to me some good natural sleeping aids?Have a lot of things on my mind so need something to help me drift off.

    Idoser worked for me a couple of times, but since I realised it was complete rubbish, the placebo effect wore off.

    I've been told magnesium tablets help you to sleep. I've started to take them and they do seem to help.
