    Hi,

    I see quiet a few posts out there containing lingo such as squats, HIIT tests, and so on.
    I am wondering if there is a website or book that you recommend for a beginner keen to improve fitness and strength? And also focus on diet - what you should/shouldn't be eating, what foods are good protein, etc.

    A book that explains each of these terms and provides training schemes that one can adopt for own use.
