Does anyone know of a good yoga class in Carlow? I am also looking for Fit for Life classes as well as dancercise or a less boring aerobics class, if anyone can help please! Thanks all.

It is held in a small studio over the health food shop on the main street in Athy-it is run by a guy called michael on wed evenings but I think there is no class from now until September.:( It is hatha yoga but is quite strenuous.

Popular energising yoga classes in Mount Wolseley Leisure centre, Tullow for men and women. If you ring them they will give you more details.
