    Sa, 19 September

    Scheduled to do 10x200 (30s) /1:45 . [ie: 8,7,8,7]

    Result :
    29,29,30,29,30,30,30,30,30,27.5 (1-6 in flats, 8-10 in maxcats)

Notes : Good consistent session - started @9.30am - no 4x40m because baseball was on the infield.

I missed one session on the schedule (didn't notice it) = 20 min run which I'll do tomorrow morning. It will be the final session of my summer running before I'm moving out for college again on Monday. I'll miss those dusty evenings running down sea road to the beach and back - tomorrow will be my last one :(

    Schedule Week 10

Su - 20 min run - 10out/10in on sea road (from week 9)
M - Rest - first day of college - join herc.
    Tu - DL am
    W - DL am
    Th - Rest
    F - 4x300m (28,42) 4min rest
    Sa - 1x650m (60,97.5) 1x600m (60,90) / 10min rest
    Su - 9 x 200m (29.5) 1:40 rest

Notes : This is a strange weeks schedule - it deviates from the norm. It must have been raining in Texas December '04 cause baylor took rain day breaks and did 10x120m indoors and and 8x100,2x200. I can't see the logic for these sessions. maybe it's because thanksgiving holidays was in a couple of days or what not.

Anyway since it's my first week back to college I'm going to keep my m-th free until I know how I can schedule everything in.(to self): The week of the 28th should pobably have a track session on a wednesday eve and maybe a 3rd DL in there somewhere. Also I'm trying to schedule F,Sa,Su so that Sa is easier on that calf for Su.
