    I am 30 5'8" I was 12.5(173) I now weigh 11.2stone(156lbs) my goal is 11 stone. Which I should be hitting by the end of next week I's say. I can see an overall reduction in my stomach. I have seemed to lose alot of weight of my legs, seems to be not much fat on them now. but I still have small belly and some small bit of fat around my chest area. also I still have a chin on my face that I thought I would have got rid of and I had hoped to lose a bit of fatness of my face, but nothing. Do I just continue loosing weight, which is easy for me now as the diet is easy and the training is enjoyable.at some stage I want to start more serious with weights. with all the training at the moment on my bike and running I don't always have the energy for it. but the cycling will be dropped next week and I will be concentrating on doing the half marathon. should I bring my weight to 10.7(147lbs) or will this leave me really skinny?
    or just bring it to that weight and then when the marathon has finished in sept.
    start with the weights?
