    A or B

    I'm doin A but thinkin of B

    A
    mon (chest/biceps)
    tues (legs)
    thurs (back)
    sat (shoulders/tricpes)

    B
    mon (chest/biceps)
    wed (back)
    fri (shoulder/tricpes)
    sat (legs)

Basically all I'd be changing is when to do legs. I'm thinkin its better not to do legs the day after the chest/biceps session as chest/biceps session is more intense than shoulders/triceps session and so I am thinkin of doin legs after this session, this way i have a full day recovery after chest workout.

It depends on what exercises you're doing but if you're squatting and/or deadlifting on the leg and back days respectively then I'd be inclined to go with B) so as to have an extra day to recover.

That's just me though, some people can manage two days gap fine and if you aren't doing either of those you'll probably recover quicker from the sessions anyway.
