    One of the blogs I follow by Jennifer Sage (a Master Instructor for the Spinning programme) had a great post recently. If you attend or instruct Indoor Cycling classes check it out...

    Just Don't Do It in your indoor cycling classes!

    I frequently listen to her podcast from Itunes. I thinks its called indoor cycling podcast. Its weekly. You should check it out. I occasionnaly look upo her blog too. She certainly knows her stuff and i find she is always spot on in her advice in all areas.
