Hi! There was a curves type place in railway Street, kindof opposite the dry cleaners! Also, the Balbriggan community Centre is supposed to have a gym and regularly holds classes of various types. Yoga, pilates etc...! Enjoy and best of luck!:)

Hi Tilly Sorry but curves or curves like places are not great (just search this forum and you will see a dozen or so threads explaining why) if your looking for the drill Sgt experience you definitely wont get it at curves (or most gyms for that matter) curves on railway street is gone it was recently reopened by some one else under a different name but AFAIK it’s basically the same thing. I am not sure about the gym in the community centre last I heard it was in dire need of refurbishment (although I have a funny feeling that it was done up in the last year or so)

what are your stat's ,goal's and diet ??And how long ago did you have the baby ??? (there are safety guidelines regarding exercise in the first 6 months after you give birth)

In that case you definitely want to avoid any thing with moderate to high impact movements in them , this is to protect your pelvic floor until it has recovered from the pregnancy / birthing process .

I am not a big fan of WW but if it work’s for you go for it (as long as your not breast feeding)

What sort of timie frame do you have ??(having a number is great from a motivational point of view but don’t get hung up on it the mirror is a much better way of judging when you have lost the right amount)

Unfortunately the back of the arms are one of the last places for the fat to move from ,saying that with a little bit of hard work you can have a great set of elegant looking arms to complement your dress;).
