    Hi all.

    I've decided I'm finally going to try and lose a little weight, I don't have any unreasonable expectations, just want to shed a few pounds (obviously ideally by my holiday at the end of august but I know thats never going to happen)

    For the past two weeks my diet has been

    Bowl of wheetabix
    Special K bar
    2 Chicken, lettuce and sweetcorn wraps
    Dinner is usually meat, one or 2 potatos and some veg.

    As a snack I may have a croissant or a slice of brown bread and philadelphia light, or 2 slices of deep rye ryvita with light philly

    Due to time constraints (working two jobs, and seeing someone who lives on the other side of the country) I dont get much time for excercise but I try to go for a half an hour jog once a week.

    It's not directly related to my question but I thought a bit of background info would help and feedback is appreciated

    I've read maagazine articles and stuff about Slender Xcellerate and I was wondering if anyone on here has tried it or do I need to be warned off it?
