What do they do with student villages in the summer??

what happens to the student villages in galway in the summer, are they rented out, kept until the college year???

It depends, I think. Some places rent them out at a much cheaper rate whilst some Universities use them to provide accommodation for people taking part in .
language courses or various competitions throughout the summer.

need a room in galway for 3 months this summer and thought one of those villages would be ideal to find one in with it being the summer and all....

i guess you wont see them on daft or the galway advertiser as short term leases during the summer then...

Holiday apartments.

They work out as quite a good option if you can get a group together.
