Hey, I went to him a few years ago for a few sessions when he worked in Jackie Skellys. Paulie's a really nice guy, but it depends what you're looking to achieve - I didn't make any progress to be honest but I've seen people who have. My problem was that my training was very body building based with little cardio, I needed to lose weight but the program he gave me program only involved a half hour brisk walk after each weights session so it didn't really benefit me to be honest. I prefer weights to cardio but I'm still aware that there's little point in having muscles you can't see because of a layer of fat! I go to another trainer now from boards who devised my a brilliant program that's alot more tailored to what I want to achieve.

I think if you're a guy and you simply want to gain mass then he'd be great, but if you're looking to shift some weight too all I can say is it didn't work for me.

Edited to say I forgot to mention the cost - it was 55Euro when I went to him but that was about 4 years ago, I'd say it's gone up a fair bit now that he's more well known.

Aye well...I prefer weights to cardio to be honest, but it has to be done all the same! I'd say contact transform on here if you're serious about it., he knows his stuff.

I don't know Paul as a trainer but i know Dave Pilo who works for him is a top class trainer. Also Paul has contributed a huge amount of his time to irish bodybuilding, for that reason alone I would like to see him get the business over someone else.
