According to AIB:

All Student Account holders over the age of 16 years can apply for an AIB Debit Card without Parental consent. However, Parental/ Guardian consent is required for an AIB Debit Card if you are under 16 years of age.

So it would seem perfectly possible for Timmy Horndog to use their own Laser Card. I don't know of any porn sites that take Laser Cards, although my research has not been extensive in that area.

Well even if they can get their hands on a debit card they would need to get the account holder to make any changes to the account.
Sure they could lie on the phone and say they are the account holder and give them the account holder's date of birth and postcode/address but as soon as they do so they are committing identity theft and onevision would not be liable from that point on.
If the parents blame onevision for having purn then they are idiots as their is the far more pressing issue of their childs lack of morals.

As i said before Elmo I think they were happy to pay, not the issue, but classification refused on grounds censors weren't happy to view in order to classify.

Doesn't mean it adds any thing to Itialian TV, doesn't Silvio Berlusconi own most of their media, prob no wonder that they have DTT Pay Teleporn.

Also 500,000 Itialian subs out of how many households? There are 60,000,000 people in Italy meaning an Irish teleporn would get 50,000 subscribers, how many people would it employ?
