A Good Physiotherapist

My friends suffers from really bad back problems, she is in constant pain and has tried all sorts of painkillers and been to several doctors but nothing seems to work. She drives for a living which means her back problems are now affecting her job.

Can anyone recommend a good physiotherapist in/near Dublin?

Or does anyone have similar problems and knows of an effective treatment?
