    Hi
Im relatively new to weights and I have recently been working on my arms mainly bicep curls etc. but naturally enough as a result of this my already big chest has gotten bigger, can anybody suggest any exercises which will build up my arms but not my chest, i know it kinda sounds like nonsense as one goes with the other but all suggestions gratefully received, thanks

I think you should go have a look at the Logs and the Stickies, then come back and ask some more questions........What are your stats and goals?
