working out too hard?

    Hi

    Ive been working out really hard but my tummy gets upset after i finish if you know what i mean, is that a bad thing?

    Yes - having your tummy upset is a bad thing.

    I'd look at what you are eating before training and how long before. You need to find out why your tummy is upset - i'd say it's unlikely it;s because you are training to hard. What hard training are you doing out of interest ??

    just alot of cardio and weights, when i finish up im ok but then my tummy goes a bit weird, im a bit stressed out at the moment so maybe that doesnt help

    I too would take a look at what you're eating. Leave about an hour between eating and starting your workout. Also make sure you're eating enough throughout the day.

    Depending on your workout you can get dizzy spells and nausea from time to time, can depend on workload, diet, and atmosperic conditions (i.e. a hot gym).

    If its workload, and you're new to it, you'll probably find that you'll adapt quite quickly. The first time i deadlifted i thought everything was going fine, that was until i got home and nearly puked on my porch. Lying down on the cold bathroom tiles soon sorted that out.
