Fat Loss Routine/Diet critique please

    Hi,
    Going on Hols in 7 weeks so decided to looking to reshape diet and routine for fat loss. would love any pointers at all.
    Proposed Diet
    B/Fast - Scrambled Egg Whites & Slice WMeal Toast or Smoothie with 3 fruit, whey protein powder, water & small amount orange juice.
    Snack - Piece of fruit.
    Lunch - Chicken & Salad Wrap with Bowl of Soup
    Pre-Workout - Piece of fruit
    Post Workout - Piece of fruit & whey protein
    Tea - Chicken or Tuna Salad

    Training
    Mon/Wed/Fri - 50 mins Full Body weights (focus on compound supersets) + Tabata on Stationery Bike
    Tues & Saturday - Hill Sprints
    Thursday & Sunday- 1 Hour Walk or 4-5Km Light Jog

    Stats 34 years/5'11/80kg

    Hi,
    Thursdays & Sundays are realistically going to be active rest /low intensity walking days for 1 hr just to get out and keep myself occupied and out of the kitchen.
