Is that a full set of fractional plates for €25????

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 338 ✭✭DM-BM

    Well that set doesn't have 0.25kg plates, but yeah, €25 for 2x2.5kg, 2x2kg, 1x1kg, 2x0.5kg.

He also sells Eleiko 0.25kg plates at €9.50 each and 0.5kg at €12.

no the circular one doesn't have the diameter to go over an olympic bar... i've been looking for the HEX ones... like the idea you can use them with various pieces of equipment like bars, dumbells and stacks that have a suitable attachment site

    ref from their FAQ:
How do you use PlateMates with an Olympic bar?

You can use either Hex or Donut style PlateMates with an Olympic bar. To use the Donut, Olympic plates should be loaded onto the bar with the flat sides out. Then one Donut PlateMate should be located anywhere on the flat side of the plate. The Hex PlateMate attaches directly to the end of the Olympic bar.

Any plans to stock fractional plates mickk?? It's horrifically expensive trying to get them from the US and it doesn't seem like there's too many European suppliers either...

Pricey enough but the plates themselves are excellent quality and its still the cheapest deal you are going to get

I was actually getting more stuff than the plates but I did pay €38 euro postage , but I still dont think you will get it cheaper.

If you know someone in the states who would be willing to post stuff back for you it might be worth trying
