All done and installed happy days. I'm definitely seeing a noticeable difference in speed with the OS in general. Landscape keyboard in Messaging... happy days. I'm hoping the battery life will improve some what.

Itunes is being a twat. Its transferring purchases from the iphone back to itunes and has been stuck on the dictionary.com app (which is only 10MB) for the last 10 minutes :mad:

Hi lads,

I have the 3.0 Gold Master installed on my iphone since last week.

But now when I check for upgrades it tells me I have the current version.

How do I go about getting the "proper" 3.0 as opposed to the GM.

Is there somewhere I can download the .ipsw file from and just restore?

I might wipe mine anyway to get rid of any cruft left over by Cydia and other jailbroken apps. Space is at a premium here (8GB)!
