    The best one that's legal and gettable is a double expresso. Most fat burners are based on caffeine.

    I've heard of boxers using that technique to drop weight just b4 the fight for the weight check, they wrap cling film around the body and go on a tough cardio workout followed by a long sauna. Some of them lose a good few kilos that way.

    From the name I take it you're a man so good news- you don't have a dress to fit into. Suits come in all shapes and sizes and it's quite difficult to look bad in one. Get fitter, clean up your diet, get some more muscle and you'll burn some fat doing it. Then you'll have a lifestyle and a physique that you can maintain instead of a few pounds of fat you've shifted for one day because you wanted to squeeze into a bridesmaid's dress. There's a linguistic joke there.

    They don't do that to cut weight, they just do it to keep fresh for the fight.

    LOL

    Fighters drop water-weight for weigh-ins, not the same as fat loss.

    OP, all good fat-burners are illegal now (and justifiably so IMO). Anything you can get, probably sucks or has a healthier alternative to achieve the same thing (hunger control, increased thermogenesis etc.).

    I'm guessing, but did you get fat on a high carb, low protein, moderate-high fat, low fibre diet combined with minimal exercise? To lose weight you basically do the opposite;
    Moderate-high protein, moderate fat, low carb, high fibre diet combined with exercise. Pretty simple really.

    Don't go crazy either. I've known several (female) friends that have gotten married recently that looked like skeletor, only with greyer skin and more sunken eyes, by the time the special day arrived.

    A topic like this seems to go against what fitness is all about ... and it's a pity that more and more of them are popping up.

    Eat right, exercise and you will feel better and fitter, sharper in no time OP. Surely you would want to lose weight for your health and to look good too? Well isnt better to look good long term and be healthy for years to come than just for ONE day?

    Well it isnt just for a wedding its for long term :P
    So i guess a diet is my way to salvation :P
