Yea it looks like that guy who works out in raw and have actually often seen him in Pro-Nutrition on a few occasions.

He has made huge improvements since competing in Liberty Hall so keep doing what he is doing. Just takes time.

If he was 3-4 inches taller it would help as well - Lee Priest got shafted regularly because of his height.

Tommy is also a good poser, sounds crazy but very few bb'ers are good at posing to music.

Firstly I think give credit where its due. Tommy looks amazing and would win any show here in Ireland. I personally think for Tom to crack the top 3 in the worlds he is going to have to put on a little more size without lossing the conditioning that he already has. The worlds is in June 2010 in Brazil, so already Tommy is focusing on that. I really think that Tom can take the top 3 no problem next year. It would be an amazing result for both Tommy and the sport of bodybuilding in this country.

Just say your reply there, I forgot to mention that. Tom is a great poser and puts so much effort into his routine. I did his music for this show so to be honest Tom would not have done it with me "joke"

Your so right, me & Tom have been friends for some time now and every year he has made improvements to his conditioning while packing on size, which is very very hard to do. As I mentioned below, I really think that Tom will place in the top 3 next year in Brazil, if not 3rd place he could possibly take 1st.

at Gnolans question, im not sure if its the poses, but his lower abs arent that defined in the pictures. Great job though, awesome physique
