That's only one more than it has been since 1998! Given that Mania is more often on in March, and Backlash was always April, Judgment Day in May with Either King Of The Ring or Bad Blood in June. The (Great American) Bash was added FIVE YEARS ago.

I agree it's a little overkill, but it's been that way for years.

This looks like the most throwaway PPV the WWE have done in a while, their is literally no hype behind it.
I am looking forward to Punk v Jeff, this should be the match that solidifies Punk's heel turn though.I think we might get a Divas match on this PPV for the first time in ages, either Melina vs Michelle or Mickie vs Maryse.
EDIT: Melina vs Michelle is more likely seeing as how her fella has a bit more power backstage than Maryse's alleged beau.;)

Surely you're not suggesting for a second that Mark Calaway would use his backstage clout to get his missus over. Because we all know that worked in 2001.

Don't know about that, i remember that after his fued with Taker, DDP had a good run as a face... He was pretty over at the time. Then he got released because of injury or something like that.

He was over, but his run was terrible. It went nowhere for months. Nothing was gonna resussitate his career after being buried by Taker and Kane in the tag match with Kanyon, and then losing to Sara on RAW the week after.

He was left for dead, with little chance of "breaking through the glass ceiling", then he suffered an injury working with Bob Holly and his contract ran through until it expired.

Thought the exact same. Rey vs. Jericho will be a great match but the feud is getting rushed IMO. This feud should hopefully be a fairly long one.

I love Rey Mysterio. If you hate Jericho you love Rey or vice-versa. Scramble match for the ECW title

The card is not bad.

I might be interested in Orton/HHH if it hadn't happened 100 times already, now we will se it three more times at The Bah, but at least this stipulation will make in interesting.

Punk/Jeff should be good as should the tag match. The ECW title match wont be bad either.

Cena seems a little low on the card, dont have any interest in watching this match.

The Cena/Miz match is really interesting me.

Like Miz has been the coward heel the last few weeks, well at least he started out that way.

But each week he has slowly been lifting the idea that maybe he isnt afraid, maybe he was playing mind games to tantalise Cena. To lead him into a sense of frustration and instead of having the usual cowardly heel running from the guy who he has called out (ie, edge), maybe he will be a 'big guy' role, but just not as a big guy.

I really hope they let this one last and not just have a typical kiddie friendly squash.....

While it probably won't be a bad wrestling show, I have zero interest in actually seeing it. We've seen Orton/HHH far too many times this weeks Raw included, Jericho/Mysterio was on Raw the other week, Colons/Priceless was on Raw a few weeks ago, the Scramble Match seemed to be just thrown together without basis, meh to the Diva's match, Miz and Cena balances on a knife edge in regards to the result and the only match I have any real interest in is Hardy/Punk.

Good thing is this will be a quick match event to allow you skip the bad once; We're talking 8 matches so far (one being triple fall match) and you all know Orton/Hunter will be taking up at least 1/3 of the event (if not more) to sooth Hunter's ego of being important main eventer.

Changed to The Bash to make it more internationally friendly. Khali is probably in it to bump up Indian interest and give Ziggler some exposure i'd say.

Worthwhile? Is putting Dolph on PPV not worthwhile?

He is a new guy the wwe are trying to build up. No point putting him on a PPV with a Jericho or someone like that before he has accomplished something.

He is taking on a seven foot monster in a no DQ match at a PPV. They started the feud when Dolph laid him out with a chair and now he stands a chance of laying out Khali again and coming out of the feud looking like a credible superstar.

Its a no lose for Dolph, if the match looks good then he gets the praise if its bad khali gets the blame.

I am delighted to see a new Face on PPV.

I hope so too.

When it ends only Cena is left to enter a feud with Randy.

Cena is the Face on RAW so it would make sense to build Blandy as The Heel of RAW and let the major star be the one to topple him. If HHH wins then the feud achieved nothing.
