Hmastring Trouble!

    About two months ago i strained my hamstring in a match,wasnt to bad of a strain. I gave it about a weeks rest while icing it and stretching. When i came back into action i was grand,and then 2 weeks later i did it again. i took a whole month from training or any physical activity so as to rest it. Was getting a few rubs from physio as well. Came back training two weeks ago,but can still feel a little pinch in my hamstring. Havent been able to able to sprint because i have a feeling it could go again :(

    Has any one got advice on how i could strenghten up the muscle or any other way of heeling the process as our championship starts in 4 weeks. Thanks!
