blanchardstown gym motivation

    hi guys. moving to blanch area and keen to join a gym to restart body building that i used do in early 20s (now late 20s). does anyone know of good gyms with good instructors in blanch area? if anyone is looking for a training buddy to improve motivation give me a shout as well. cheers

    I only joined the gym, 5 days ago and decided i would get a program and i lost 4 pounds =D
    Its a great gym
