Find a local playground and do pull ups or even do them wherever you can find a suitable "bar" or bring a chin up bar in luggage.

Even you have a lady friend im sure you could think of some good bodyweight exercises to do ;)

Sex..plain and simple, she is below and your on top in a plank or full press up position, feel the burn! :D

    If your unlucky then...
    Inch worm press ups
    Plank variations
    Claps
High Jumps (onto bed or chair)
Stairs runs (other customers might be scared)

    Finally...your in South America...beach runs!

isn't the one about chasing the "hot" cleaning lady around the bed compulsory in South America?
then face 1 of 2 possibilities
    1. Her brothers find out - that's you running a marathon away from them
    2. You find out she's a he - that's you running a marathon away from she/he
you'll be fit as a fiddle in now time, though 26 miles away from your passport.

Handstand pushups, pistols (single leg squats), bed jumps.

I travel a bit with work paddy. One I found useful was running up and down the fire escape stairs. Depending on how many floors there are in the hotel this can be a real winner.

Also, get 2 x 1.5 or 2 litre bottles of water. Hold one in each hand. 100 straight punches. Catch your breath for 15 seconds. Repeat until exhaustion. :D

edit: half litre bottles of water are much easier to hold, but obviously don't provide the same resistance.

Good, but very hard. I am currently practising handstands. I do very small ROM pushups in position like this.

I do them both belly & back to the wall.

And will soon move up to this progression.

Instead of pistols I have done single leg step ups on the side of a table, I put the leg up, then give a little helping kick up to get going and do a slow negative down again.

If you pullout a door halfway you can jam things under it, like towels, magazine etc. This supports the door, and stops it swinging, then you can do pullups on the door. I wouldn't do it at home, but would in a hotel!

You could possibly get under the bed and do bench presses on the ground with it. Maybe bent over one arm rows with using the bed in the same way, might only manage partial ROM though.

True. I've a mate that got one on his first try though. Bastard.

You could put some books under your head to get the shortened ROM too and gradually remove them (finally a use for those hotel bibles). You can "kip" HSPU too (I doubt Sommer would advocate that sort of thing though!) or arch your back (careful with that though). There's another one where you can spread your legs out and when you push up, they legs stay in the same place for the first part of the movement. It's easier as it reduces the amount of weight you have to lift initially
