Moving money between accounts to get maximum interest

I want to move my accounts to halifax because they seem to be offering the best interest at the moment. So the two accounts I want to set up are:

Halifax Flexisaver - 3.75% AER up to 10,000 (2% after first year)
Halifax Current Account - 7.23% AER up to 2,000 (you must lodge 1,500/month).

So all this sounds fine, can I simply move all funds over 2,000EUR from the current account to my flexisaver (using internet banking) to maximise the interest in both? Is there anything that I'm missing or are there any fees for transacting the money between accounts?

No fees to transfer between accounts.
Check that the 2000 limit still applies - the TV ads mention 1500 as being the cut off for interest now - but the website still says 2000.
