VoIPCheap not working

I have been using Voipcheap account over the past year & a half, no problems. Until recently it stopped working. So when I made a call from here in Oz back home to Ireland, would not work, I called a landline in Sydney & that did work no problems?? Really confusing stuff. Tried creating another voipcheap account & no good either, i am still unsing the same internet provider also.

Voipcheap's support is non-existant.

Has anyone seen this before, or can anyone think of a Resolve

Were you calling an irish land line or mobile?.. do you have crediit in your account..?
