Low audio at other end

I have a Linksys SPA3102 which I use to pass through pstn calls and make all external calls through voip. I also have a siemens gigaset on our lan. The quality on the gigaset is fine but when I use the phone connected to the SPA3102 the other person say they can barely hear me. It doesn't matter if I call out or receive…
