I've had a Regina Spektor song stuck in my head for nearly 2 years now. I end up humming or singing a line of it at least once a day! At the beginning it drove me up the wall but I'm used to it now... kinda :S

What's worse that that is waking up at 4:00am and having to trek through metre high snow drifts in -30C weather to a bus stop to swimming training.

Getting to the pool, diving in and it is the only thing stuck in your head for three straight hours. Over and over again..........
