    Hi,

Ive used creatine in the past and was considering using it again and was looking for opinions on the best products out there and that make you bloat the least?

    Cheers!

Creatine ethyl ester is the one that is not supposed to bloat but i havn't tried that only the creatine mono which did bloat me a bit.

Search around i'm sure this question has come up many times before.

    Yean mono will bloat you.

If your going for CEE, get the tablets.
