Mine was about the lowest speed eircom could justify on dialup on a phone line under Comreg rules of the time, and how I was getting 4800bps at the time....

Same line is giving me 7.6mbps broadband now (with eircom, I never learn clearly). Times change!

My very first post was about cricket :cool:

One of the earlier ones too was about trying to get a friend with a crap taste in music to listen to Queens of the Stone Age. Kinda funny as she is now my girlfriend of 3 years. I did get her to listen to less 50 cent and more stuff like the Rolling Stones in the end.

Also an earlier one was about not wanting Brian Kerr to be sacked and there was nobody better to replace him. I feel fairly vindicated there.
