i was adding another kg to the bar for squats but....

    i could only manage one set.I'm doing SS so i do 3 sets of 5.
    What i did was drop down a few kg and do 4 sets with that. My question is, was my workout a waste of time? I think i lifted around the same volume or more, but obviously not the same weight i was supposed to lift....

    Wouldn't say it was a waste of time tbh. Better than sitting on a couch! Maybe just an off day or else time to try resetting.
