Problem with micro sd for R4

I have a micro sd card which wont show up in MY COMPUTER, when i plug it in either through the usb adapter or through the memory card reader slot nothing shows up, my usb memory stick shows up fine and other memory cards show up fine when they are plugged into the reader. When i plug the micro sd card in my R4 it works…

When i plug the micro sd card in my R4 it works fine so it is not faulty, i plugged it in earlier on and it did work on the computer, i have tried rebooting a few times has anyone got any suggestions
