G'em is going to murder me for posting another thread.

ON Smolov / Smolov jr. i want to do assistance work, but am wondering if it is advisable and if so what kind??

Also to those who have done it in the past, did you progress in weight in week two and three like advised? if you progressed then was your initial percentages handy for you the first week??

How hard should theese sets be? i'm dreading 85% 10 x 3 i have a feeling my triceps are going to jump ship.:)

I know it's been a while but squats use legs. Legs. Not triceps. They're the things that dangle off the end of the bench in case you can't find them.

For assistance work, you need to do it on a case by case situation depending on which part of your bench is the weakest. If you have trouble locking out do some tricep work if you have trouble starting work more pecs is a simplified version.
