Need Advice Please

    my back story is:

    havent done any sport or fitness except for alot of walking in past 3 years. my main diet has been fast food. i think i have a high motabalism rate as i eat loads of crap but am not really fat. just a bit of fat on me

    im 6ft and weigh about 14 stone....bassically im going on holidays in 2months and i need a complete crash course to get super fit. now i know that movie actors can do it. so does anyone have a link to how. or if you can just tell me in this thread then that would be great

    fwiw i used to be very sporty and played 6-7 sports at a high county standard through school

    i dont know if this helps but i want to have a body like the one i posted a pic of below...maybe not just as muscular. but that sort of idea. i can commit any amount of time to getting this done

    Do weight training and go on a strict healthy eating diet, Protein, veg and salads, ditch the fast food and go running most days..

    could you explain a bit further please

    i dont cook at all so what can i buy from the shop thats fast. say what could i have for 3 meals a day. and also what should my exact training regime be

    thanks for takin time to awnser

    just im really clueless about this type of thing

    Mate you need to help yourself here too - first stop for you is the stickies and some of the threads on the forum - also check the fitness logs for ideas.

    Not 3 meals- 6 meals, dont eat fast food, do your research online- tom venutos a good all rounder for advice, 2 months is not enough time more like 12!
