    Hi Everyone,

    I don't know if this has been answered already and I apologise if it has...

    I joined the gym recently and am just wondering when would you advise is the best time to go and when is best to eat when going to the gym? Before/After?

    And what foods?

    My aim is weighloss, I have about 5stone to lose am already down nearly 2 and a half stone.

    My program in the gym is about 45mins of cardio and a small amount of fixed weights.

    In my opinion - you need to do more weight - preferable free weights and then do cardio

    I am female.

    Thats the program the gym instrustor made for me, its interval training. I know nothing about this stuff. Just following what he set out for me.

    He said he will reassess in 4weeks time.
