    Ok I posted awhile ago and I got lots of tips so maybe you can kick start me again.I am still gyming it 5 days a week doing circuits and walking at least an hour a day.I break a decent sweat and I am not loosng any weight in the last month!It has come to a complete standstill.I have lost over three stone and I have a stone to go.People say the last stone is the hardest but I never belived that as I think its a cop out by fat arses lol:DNow I am thinking maybe they are right.So anyhow I am five foot three and now weight ten stone ten pounds argh want to be nine stone seven again.

    My diet is as follows
    Breakfast porridge made with skimmed milk , a piece of fruit after gym as i am hank marvin
    Lunch multi seed wrap with spinach leaves tuna and sweetcorn and small blob of mayo
    Dinner Prawn / chicken stirfry with lots of veggies maybe some soysauce
    An orange ( I hate fruit but do it to be good as it was sugguested last time)
    Now I drink 2 litres of water a day .

    Please tell me where I am gong wrong I want to slim down!Someone said if I just dieted the weight loss would be quicker ?Any thoughts on this .BTW I would love some help thanks

    Have you tried logging your daily intake on www.fitday.com?

    Try it. You may suprise yourself when you see what the amount of calories you are taking in vs burning.
