Best weight programme for losing body fat?

    hey, long time reader etc. i'm 19yr old Male weighing 87kg and i want to lose the excess over the summer (well as much as possible). i've lost around 8-10kg from february to start of may but have college exams now so i cut down drasticially on my exercise over 3/4 weeks to concentrate on my exams.

    from feb-april/may i was jogging 20-25k per week and i plan to go back to that but i was just wondering what would be the kind of weights programme to do along with the cardio in order to shed the fat. i hav an argos bench and dumbell/barbell set, i dabbled with the weights but never seriously did them properly programme wise. muscle building is not priority, the way i am looking at it is to lose the fat first then build the muscle. would like to see a noticable difference by september? is this realistic etc? all replies appreciated.

    edit:stats: 6ft tall aswell
