Personal Trainer / Joing a Gym

    First off ive never been to a gym in my life(shame on me), I going to join Total Fitness In castleknock as its local to me, Im way over weight so im thinking I need to use some personal trainer sessions to figure out what I need to do in the gym to lose weight and build up a training regime so how do i go about doing this? are their personal trainers in the gym i should use or use and an external one?

    When you join they give you a free assessment and do a program for you, which will be something like 20mins crosstrainer, 20 mins bike, 20mins treadmill, maybe some light weights, nothing crazy... just go in and tell them what you want and they'll look after you
