Useless Friday thread but here goes anyway:

First To See Will Buy !!!.

Seriously, does anyone ever fall for this? I am seeing it all the time and as a sales line, it's really pissing me off now, it's blatantly false, but then so is most sales/marketing speak.

Are there any comments/phrases used in the selling of vehicles that really annoy you?

I had a thread like this a couple of months ago. First to see will buy is a particularly annoying one.
    Here's the other thread

I've used it when selling both my last cars, in both cases I was right, but I wouldn't use it if I didn't believe it.

    "Genuine reason for sale"

= Its about to commit suicide.

    "Owner emigrating" (show off)

= Done one too many bank jobs in the car

"Never been used as a taxi"

= Couldnt afford the plate so used it as a Hackney instead

I always considered this more "when it falls apart, don't try ringing me - I won't be around"
