anyone know a place in town that would sell rain ponchos? I'm looking for something that would cover me on a bike etc.

ponchos flap around a lot, I wouldn't use one. Great Outdoors on Eglington sells them, though.

I think you'd be better off with a pair of rain pants and a weather-proof jacket. Regatta rain pants at Great Outdoors are 30 euro - bit pricier than the 20 euro model but the material is better I think.

If you can afford a goretex (or similar) jacket, it's an investment you're not likely to regret. You can buy online for cheaper, just try a few on in store to find out your size.

the bridge. you may find three billy goats gruff there. Or, just one, if you're late and wompa has gotten to the other two.

I have sex with them, crack their heads open and feast on the goo inside

You're from the countryside, aren't you?

I suppose goats look enough like sheep. :pac:
