    Hi,

I'm a 20 year old student and I'm trying to lose weight. I'm naturally fairly curvy. Im 5'6 and a size 10-12. Because I'm a student it means I'm on the go most of the time, and I'm trying to find food that is available around that is cheap and filling and healthy. I cant afford to get wraps and stuff every day. Has anyone any suggestions? Apart from an apple....

Sorry if this has been asked a million and one times before

knowing where you live could help re:bargins....

    Chicken Breasts
    Cottage Cheese
    Tuna
    Nuts
    Seeds
    Veg
    Fruit

Pre-cook meals and fire em into a tupperware container..

It's mostly passing through town that I have to grab meals. When I only have a euro on me I end up buying sausage rolls which as far as I know are really fattening

Also, do gyms let you join for 2 months? I want to join for the summer while I have the money and the time

from this I'm gathering you buy your lunch, so the best way around this is bring in your own lunches and make them from healthy ingredients

I'm in UCD. Do you have a contact number for that gym?

Yeah I do buy my lunch mostly. Any suggestions on food I can cook that is healthy? Apparently pasta and white bread are ruled out. I'd say most of my problem comes from the fact that I live off carbs. I just dont feel full untill I've had potatos or a sandwich!
