    hi all
ok so I will be working in wexford for the next 6-8 weeks on and off. So I think this is a great opportunity for me to start working out again. The gym in the hotel has the following:
    20m pool plus
    upright bicycles
    recrumbrant bicycles
    cross trainers
    treadmills
    weights machines
Extensive free weights with dumbells ranging from 2kg - 40kg
    squat racks with olympic bar
    dual adjustable pully system

so i'm thing this is a great way for me to get into a route of working out with the view of when I get back up to Dublin joining a gym and working out propertly.

I figure it'll be a good start but I need help with what I should be doing in the gym.

I'm a 27 year old female, 5 5", 60 kgs. i'm not over weight i just want to build muscle tone around my upper arms, upper legs, stomach and bum. I can swim very well, so swimming will be a big part of it and something I enjoy too.

Any suggestions on a possible training regime would be much appreciated. As mentioned i'm looking at this to start me on a long term training schedule.

    cheers
