    Forearm curls-they wont develop unless ur forcing your big muscles to grow tho!

    Heavy deadlifting, pretty much all forms of bicep curls (IF done correctly) will hit your forearms, machine row will also hit them. Anything which requires grip and a pulling movement really.

    Try lifting weights or chinning with thick grip bar's and attachments. You can get a product that will sit on to any Oly bar or dumbbell that will make it thick grip or try rolling your towel around the bar when chinning or lifting.
