    hi all,
    i am 31 male 5" 8 and was about 173lbs about 6 weeks ago, nothing
    happened at the start but the weight is starting to come off me now, just want to put up my diet, to see if it is ok.

    i have messed around with it a bit to try and get what i think is ok..

    breakfast porridge & Honey

    and banana 30mins later

    mid lunch apple maybe coffee sometimes

    lunch 1 toasted slice of low GI brugen soy & linseed bread with peanut butter.

    2 hard boiled eggs

    before dinner normal full fat yogurt, and sometimes a rivita seasame seed equilavent i get in Lidl with Low fat cottage cheese on top.

    Dinner nearly always a tomato based curry with chicken(no big portions) and a small bit of nan bread, no rice.

    Yogurt

    Nighttime coffe and a square of 70% coca chocolate.

    and maybe a couple of spoons of lowfat cottage cheese if i am really hungry.

    exercise wise I am cycling maybe 100miles a week,
    running training once a week,
    also i try do 60 push ups, some dumbell exercises, 60 ab roller exercises 3 times a week.

    just tying to keep losing the pounds my target is 11 stone, and to eventually tone up my body.

    i am now starting to get addicted to exercise, think about it alot, and getting really fit.in the evenings after excercise i have soo much enegry, that i sometimes feel i need to go for a run or something.

    would appreciate any replies or feedback
