    Hey,
Just wondering....I am really tired as have been doing exams.
Want to know how much sleep i should get tonight.
As in, would I be better off getting 10 hours sleep or the normal 8?
    Thanks

I dunno, it depends on the person but when I go to bed at 2 or 3 I'll be more fatigued than if I go to bed at 12.30. Getting up too early also contributes. Timing seems to be key. Also I find if I wake up after hours but sleep in for another 2 I'll wake up drowsy.
