    Quick Question

Ive been hitting a rep range of between 4-6 for the last 6 weeks. Im switching to between 8 - 12 for a bit of growth.

If I was was adding circa 5% of additional weight week on week with the low rep range. What % increase in additional weight would the higher rep range be (ballpark)

    Cheers....
