Have you got it checked by a Doctor yet?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 645 ✭✭✭StopNotWorking

I think I've been told before that I can't get certain medical scans(cat scans?) because of the amount of metallic particles in my eyes. I used to have great eye sight and hearing before I worked in a sheet metal workshop. The job was under the table for a lot of it though so there is nothing I could of done about it. Too young to bother anyway.

Do not look for legal advice here.

As for work related claims; If the bint who slips in that English ad worked for me, I'd kill her, grind her body up and feed it to pigs.

The floor was wet, you stupid bint. Of course you were going to slip.
I hope you bought a car out of the claim and then drove it into a ditch and killed yourself.
People like you are the reason insurance costs so much.
I wish cancer on you if you are still alive, you mother****ing parasite.

MRI machine? Because the magnets will move the metallic particles in your eyes, destroying them. eek.gif

That's the one! Would it really destroy them? I was told it would just be unimaginably painful. Guess it makes sense if the metal starts moving.

I suffer from back problems from when i trained as a nurse. i was put on a ward with people who didn't know how to lift and fecked my back up. that was 7 years ago and i still get a lot of pain.

I think you should chance it. You might end up with eyes like riddick from pitch black, they're great for stalking!

Only if I got a pair of those kick ass goggles.. If the metal got pulled out through my iris could I see like a spider? That would be cool too:pac:

I dont actually know, I may have exaggerated slightly. Although "unimaginably painful" does sound.....intense.

Not a problem, you dont even have to fake anything! I'll just beat you over the head repeatedly with a baseball bat, I'm sure they'll scan you after that.

No need to thank me, just PM me your address and I'll come straight over.

Actually I don't own a baseball bat...neither does anyone I know. That may be a problem.

On second thoughts I do have a fairly large wheel-brace.

its not that strong. So far i have a cd stuck to a door. The washing basket stuck to the shed wall. A dirty dinner plate to the counter and me mothers hair brush to the counter with barely enough room for her nails to take it off.
A couple of beer mats in the pub also. This stuff rules.
