    Hello all.

    I have 6 weeks to do as much as i can.

    I need to work on my upper body and abs.

    Upper/Lower Back
    Lats
    Arms/Bicep/Triceps/forearms
    Abs. Situps hurt my lower back.


    What is the best way to max my upperbody/abs in 6 weeks.

    I am doing

    12 Chinups but need 20+
    45 Pusups but need 60+
    35 Situps but need 50+

    Na mate.

    I have some tests coming up. And i really want to do well. I don't want to just do the min requested. I Just want to be as stronge as i can be.
