Been meaning to do one of these for a while, and is particularly inspired by BossArky's thread....

    So, about me:

    6'1"
    13 Stone

I completeed the half marathon in Connemara in 2009 in a slow 2:20, although I was very hungover!

Going to start training for the Achill half shortly, which is on the 04/07.

I am a beginner in Judo.

I don't really train in any team sport at the mo, but play the odd five a side.

I work mad shift work, which can really affect training and the motivation to train.

I eat well enough, but sometime go mad on take aways - partially due to the shift work.

All constructive critiscim and feedback most welcome.
